Bond Construction Projects Bond Construction Projects-check here for updates on the myriad of construction projects going on at JISD. The Jacksonville community said "YES" to kids in the fall of 2010 by passing a $49.85 million bond to begin phase one of a long term plan to upgrade facilities in our district. This section of the website is being continually updated to keep you current on the multiple construction projects going on in the district, so check back often!
